and other forms of IP-enabled content.
- Modular C-Router
software provides content services that administer content insertion,
distribution, storage, monitoring, and streaming, bandwidth provisioning,
statistics-gathering for network and content monitoring, as well as
caching, private networking support and additional premium services.
- The Uplink
manages all aspects of multicast content distribution via existing satellite
facilities, including transmission protocols, bandwidth reservation
and guaranteed deliveries. Uplink software also administers terrestrial
multicast distribution.
- C-Terminals
administer the distribution, status reporting, and local management
of content distributed via satellite facilities, even with no feedback
channel in place.
- C-POD software
remotely handles the automatic playout of content on local PCs or TV
screens according to the parameters set by the content managers for
each content item.
