What's New in Castify Transform: Translations and Multi-Doc

We built Castify Transform with one goal in mind: to help you get more out of every video you create. Today, we're excited to announce that two of our most requested features are now available to all users. Translations and Multi-Doc are live, and they're about to change the way you share and repurpose your content.

Break Down Language Barriers with Translations

Whether you're a teacher with multilingual learners, a trainer supporting a global workforce, or a content creator reaching audiences across borders, language should never be a barrier to understanding.

With Translations, you can now generate a translated version of any document directly from the Transform page and download it for your own records. Want your viewers to access it too? Simply attach the document to your watch page, enable the translation setting, and your audience can select their preferred language from a dropdown menu. No third-party tools. No copy and paste. Just seamless, accessible content.

A few ways educators and teams are already using it:

• A high school teacher records a lesson on the American Revolution and generates a Spanish translation of the accompanying study guide for her ELL students, who can now follow along in their preferred language without missing a beat.
• A corporate L&D team rolls out compliance training across offices in the US, Mexico, and Germany. Instead of recording three separate videos, they record once, translate the supporting document into Spanish and German, and attach all versions to a single watch page.
• A curriculum coordinator shares a professional development video with her staff and enables Translations so that teachers across the district — including those more comfortable in languages other than English — can fully engage with the material.

Create More From Every Video with Multi-Doc

Your videos contain a lot of valuable information. Multi-Doc makes sure none of it goes to waste.

You can now generate multiple document types from a single video — whether that's a summary, a study guide, a quiz, or a custom template you've built yourself. Each document type can be created, toggled on or off, renamed, and attached to your watch page independently. Your viewers get exactly what they need, presented exactly the way you want.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• A science teacher records a lab walkthrough and generates three documents from it: a step-by-step procedure guide for students, a vocabulary list for ELL learners, and a short quiz to check for understanding. All three are attached to one watch page.
